Our largest washer holds 90 lbs of laundry. That’s large enough to wash a boat cover or car cover, 4 sleeping bags at once or 6-8 standard size pillows at a time. Our jumbo machines can accommodate dog beds, patio furniture cushions, and many other things that don’t fit in your home or apartment washer. Because our washers spin so fast, they extract most of the water from these large items so you can take them home and lay them in the sun to finish drying naturally.
Each location has different pricing because the machine sizes are different. A good rule of thumb us $1.50 per load which is 10 lbs of laundry. (A standard laundry basket holds ten pounds.) The larger the washer, the price per load (10 lbs) goes down. For example a 90lb washer holds nine loads but only costs $10.00 which is equal to $1.10 per load. All three locations accept digital pay and credit cards so don't worry about bring quarters however we do have a change machine. If price is a big concern you may want to visit our discount location; Paradise Coin Wash at 7345 Greenback Lane in the Safeway shopping center.

Facts about the benefits of an Eco-Friendly Laundromat
- Using a front-loading washer instead of a top load washer saves enough water to fill a child’s wading pool.
- Water saved by four front-load (versus four top-load) washes could fill your children’s 30-gallon wading pool, with extra water left over.
- Using cold water instead of hot for just one load in one of our front-loading washers saves enough energy to power a 32” LCD TV (125 watts) for 21 hours or 3 hours a day for a whole week.
- Using our 200G (200 times the force of gravity) spinning front load washers extracts so much water it reduces your dry time. Energy saved to dry one load of wash that has been spun nearly dry could power a medium-size (900 watt) window air conditioning (A/C) unit for about 28 minutes.
- Paradise Laundry’s lighting is energy-efficient and environmentally friendly: Our energy-saving light fixtures save enough electricity in one year to power an oven at 350 degrees, 24 hours a day, for nearly two full months, or one hour a day, every day, for nearly four years.
- Assumes 12 minutes saved drying time using specs for Dexter DDA-D30.
- Assumes 2000-watt oven and calculates 80 watts saved per each of 6 T8 4-bulb fixtures (equivalent) in comparison to T12s.
